League Information |

Team Representatives
Each team is required to have three representatives registered on the
Shuto League mailing list. Also, each team is required to provide a
team representative to each monthly meeting, the date of which is set
at the meeting on the month before and visible from the home page of
this website. This meeting is held at 7pm on Saturday evenings at the
"Rakubi Tei" near Sangenjaya Station. Details are as follows:

Team Representative Obligations
- To attend monthly Shuto Meetings
- To report meeting contents to their teams
- For at least one representative in each team to adopt some kind of
role in helping to operate the league.
- To follow and contribute to the mailing list as required.
- To act as the match organizer when that representative's team is
designated as the organizing team for a given match.
- To submit match reports.
Member Team Fees and Entitlements
An annual fee of 80,000 yen is required for any team to join the Shuto
League. This single fee covers;
- The costs of a minimum six league matches in the Autumn League.
- Participation in the Shuto Sevens Competition
- Availability of Team Members for selection in the NZ Embassy Cup
match.
- All ground bookings and fees (arranged by the league)
- All referee bookings and incidentals (arranged by the league)
- Other league related events, functions and training clinics.
Teams Wishing to Join the Shuto League
The league is open to applications from all teams wishing to join.
Accession is agreed by a vote of member team representatives. New
teams joining the Shuto League play their first season of matches in
the Second Division.

4) Tokyo Cupwinners Cup

About to begin! The winning team from each of Tokyo's seven leagues
meet to decide the top team.
First match on Feb 5th, Semi Final Feb 19, Final on March 12
Crusaders will be representing Shuto League and are looking for extra
members (waiting to hear from Tokyo Gaijin and Gentle Giants).
