Founded: 2004
History: The team was originally founded as an Old- Boys Club of the student team "Meiji University Inspire". However, after deciding to broaden their scope to include people wanting to play rugby regardless of whether they were Meiji old-boys or not, the club was reborn in 2004 as an all inclusive rugby club.

Training: Tamagawa Ryokuchi Park Ground 5 minutes walk from Izumi-Tamagawa Station on the Odakyu Line.
Philosophy: The team's philosophy is to enjoy each and every play in a game.
Team Goal: Our aim is to is to praise each other and work to cover each other's misses.
